CMI Service department assists our customers during the installation and use of our machines. It deals with assistance, maintenance, spare parts and size chageover. After sales, CMI guarantees direct assistance to customer,
without outsourcing partners, through on site or remote assistance worldwide. We are able to provide both mechanical assistance, both electrical assistance and electronic assistance. The types of assistance are divided between remote and on-site.

Remote Assistance: when one of our customers checks an anomalous situation in daily operations, our remote technical support allows him to be in direct contact in real time with a dedicated team of experts.

On-site repair: we guarantee a rapid repair and maintenance service to allow our customers to resume normal operations in the shortest possible time, minimizing downtime and related costs.

Another strong point concerns our scheduled maintenance: correct planning reduces the risk of breakdowns. Maintenance maintains the efficiency of the machines and systems unchanged, ensuring their operation over time and their safety.

We also deal with machinery upgrades such as adapting the machine to new customer production needs such as size changeover.

During the lockdown period, obviously we had to slow down or adjust our assistance activities. Now always with the utmost attention and in compliance with the rules we have resumed being able to travel, albeit with some limitations, so we can start again to provide all our assistance services to the best of our ability.
