Remote Assistance
Using the most advanced technologies in the sector allows us to verify, discriminate any anomalies on board of your machine in real time, reducing downtimes and avoiding, when possible, additional costs for the intervention on-site. All the connections occur through a dedicated VPN (Virtual private network on the Internet).
On-site Assistance
We are able to implement precise and efficient interventions on-site. Our Technicians in charge of assistance provide the best support to find and adopt the right solution the specific needs.
CMI Industries also offers a scheduled maintenance package which allows for correct planning reducing the risk of malfunctions. Maintenance keeps the efficiency of the machines and of the systems unvaried, ensuring their operation over time and their safety.
