MIRAY is a fully automatic capping machine, which ensures better timing, improved efficiency and simplified functioning. This capping machine is suitable for processing both straight and inclined neck bottles, triggers, dispensers, pre-threaded caps, press-on and oriented press-on caps.

MIRAY® 1 automatic capping machine suitable for products with screw caps, press-on caps, oriented press-on caps, triggers, dispensers.
Output MIRAY 1 – 30-37 pcs/min

  • Control device ensuring bottle presence and control device stopping the machine in case of no cap
  • Infeed star-wheel
  • Linear guides for dispenser/trigger/caps
  • Electronic cam driven by brushless motors
  • Centering straw dispenser/trigger managed by brushless motor
  • Trigger picking and screwing head equipped with Screwmaster patented system
  • Screwing head driven by brushless motors, rotation speed and tightening torque can be programmed and adjusted from operator panel
  • Bottle height adjustment managed by electronic sensor controlling automatic adjustment of machine height and straw straighten
  • Selection sorter for trigger/ dispenser/caps (optional)
  • Round bottle size changeover and cap size changeover including infeed guide and Screwing heads for different cap size (optional)

The machine can be supplied in food grade, ATEX, Anti Acid Versions.

  • Control device ensuring bottle presence and control device stopping the machine in case of no cap
  • Infeed scroll and infeed star-wheel
  • Linear guides for dispenser/trigger/caps
  • Starwheel for triggers/ dispensers/caps driven by brushless motor
  • Electronic cam driven by brushless motor
  • Dispenser/trigger straw centering system managed by grippers with brushless motor
  • Trigger picking and screwing heads equipped with Screwmaster patented system
