These unscramblers are easily operated, efficient, and require hardly any maintenance. Suitable for a wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes.
Suitable for a wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes. Change formats by simply plugging and unplugging the new selecting pieces / funnels for the format to be positioned, without the need for tools or adjustments.

Automatic bottle unscramblers mod. RIO

Unscrambler for plastic bottles which, starting from bulk containers, allows them to be sorted in the correct working position by placing them on a vacuum belt to prevent them from falling.

The plant consists mainly of:

  • Empty bottles containment hopper, complete of alarm for end of product
  • Inclined elevator complete with unloading hopper
  • Rotating brush to avoid overlapping
  • Camera Vision System OMRON
  • ABB IRB360 robot “Flexpicker
  • Gripper with Suction Cup
  • Elevator for the recovery of the unloaded bottles in the hopper
  • Non oriented bottles expelling system
  • Electronic axis rotation
