School and company: surely two worlds that need to be increasingly integrated.
We at CMI Industries have been doing this with determination for some time with the ITI OMAR industrial technical institute with which we have been collaborating for several years now.
We have initiated two programmes:
the first intended for high school graduands in the 2024-2025 school year, the second, with the 3rd grade classes who will be our guests as trainees in the year 2025
The program for graduands will include hours of classroom teaching by our mechanical engineers and automation software engineers on ‘Fluid Dosing Systems’ This project will be part of the school-leaving examination.
A way to make young people aware of the role that automation can play in ensuring increasingly efficient and environmentally sustainable.
Last Friday December 06th, we had a visit from high school students at our production facility.
It was a great learning opportunity for the students, who experienced first-hand the work we do on a daily basis, with an entire production line in operation.
This activity allowed them to discover first-hand what actually drives a product or service, giving them a real, concrete insight into life inside the company.
“Personally,” reiterates CEO Davide Comoli, “I believe that the School is not only a point of reference for companies operating in automation-related sectors, but also a fundamental resource for the preservation and renewal of our Italian heritage. It is a true wellspring of talent that we hope will truly become the protagonists of tomorrow”.
